A Professor of Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Was also a chief lecturer at Kaduna Polytechnic. A Self-motivated personality with excellent skills in Communications Engineering and IT. Had over 25 year’s cognate working experience in tertiary educational institution. An independent researcher with a unique combination of detail-oriented mindset, driven personality, analytical skills, collaboration and proven ability of accomplishing several task. Published over 160 peer reviewed National and International Journals/Conferences and authored many books and book Chapters. Currently, had over 600 Citations and 11h-index. A recipient of a Patent and many research grants locally and internationally. Graduated over 65 MSc, 13 PhD students and many under my supervision. A visiting scholar, consultant and external examiner for many institutions within Nigeria and internationally, among which were AFIT, NCAT, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Kaduna Polytechnic, NDA, Pan African University, Kenya and Universite Federale Toulouse France. My research interest include; Teletrafic Engineering, Satellite Communications, Antenna Radiation, Wireless Communications, Microwave Engineering. IoT, EMF & EMC, Terahertz frequencies and 5G and Beyond.
