Yusuf Ibrahim is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering (Distinction) from Ahmadu Bello University (2017–2019), where he also earned his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Distinction) and B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering (First Class). With over a decade of experience in academia, he has served in various capacities, including Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer II, Lecturer I, and now Senior Lecturer, actively contributing to teaching, research, and postgraduate supervision.
His research interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He has authored multiple research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, IEEE conferences, and international journals, focusing on machine learning applications, remote sensing, and wireless security.
